Tuesday, May 8th, 2007Today once again, I got the question that I get asked constantly.
“Where do I start with making money online, and what’s the best way to do it?”
I get asked this question at least twice a week, so I figured it was time that I addressed this fully and to all of my readers.
First, I cannot tell you where to start. Nope. I really don’t have that answer. There are many options out there for making money online. MANY! You just have to choose. I can’t tell you what’s best for you.
Personally, I think that creating your own products and selling them online is the best way to make money online. However, it’s not the only thing I do online, and it’s not best for everyone.
Is what you have to do is look at all the possibilities out there. You could…
Create websites to earn cash from - This includes Google Adsense, YPN, all the other PPC networks, CPA offers, and many more. Building websites and monetizing them with third party networks is a great source of income. I also do this.

Create your own products - As I just said, this is my favorite way to make money online, and where I have made the most money online. This is the main part of my business. There’s a sharp learning curve to it, but is by far the most profitable. Providing services also falls under this create your own products category.

Affiliate marketing - If you don’t want to create your own products, then learn to be an affiliate marketer. As an affiliate marketer, you’ll need to know what products are hot in what niches, and then know how to market those products to the people in those niches. Affiliate marketing also comes with a sharp learning curve. There are some easy tactics you can use to market affiliate products, but a serious affiliate marketer builds sites and products to sell their affiliate products through.
(Sidenote: I started into affiliate marketing only AFTER creating my own products and services. Once I had a list to market products to, and the know how of marketing a product, I then started in with affiliate marketing.)
Freelancing - As a freelancer, you’ll need skills. The most popular freelance jobs are graphic design, website creation, article and ebook writing, and software development. I myself would never do freelancing because I know it’s more profitable for me to hire a freelancer to do these things for me in my business. They make the money by doing it, and I make the money by selling it. Much more money on the selling end, but not everyone wants to run a big Internet business like I do, so that’s why there are freelancers. They just want to get paid for what they know how to do, and not have to worry about the hassles of being a “project manager”.

Where do you want to start making money online, that will best fit you?
How do you come to that conclusion…
You research. Find something out there that you want to do. Read everything you can on the subject. Be it reading articles in the free article directories or reading products from others who are already doing what you are thinking about wanting to do.Find someone that is doing what you want to do and follow them. Quit staying subscribed to those lists where all people are doing is promoting products to you. Spend your time wisely, and only on those who you can gain knowledge from.
Doing what I just told you above will show you how you can start making money online with something that best fits you! You’ll no longer have to ask the question “Where do I start with making money online, and what’s the best way to do it?” because you can answer it for yourself!

Whoa.. Two posts in one day…
Sunday, August 13th, 2006Well I don’t post to my blog as much as I should. Well this blog anyway. I have a few others that I post to religiously. That’s probably why I don’t have the time for this one. 
I’m getting better though…
Anyway, I decided to add a Questions and Answers category here on the blog. I get enough of them, so I guess I should start sharing answers right?
A subscriber to my Marketing For REAL People Newsletter (www.MarketingForREALPeople.com) asked me the following question about a product I have and one I just “unofficially” launched today…
Q: have a question about several of your products that you are selling.

What are the differences in the 2 eBooks?
Which would you recommend to get first.
A: Easy Ebook Profits System is a complete strategy. Within it though you can
learn a lot of things (via video) like how to create your product, exactly
what things you should put into it, and the like. I would say if I knew
nothing I would start with it and then go on to the Resale Rights Machine
because you can learn the fundamentals from Easy Ebook Profits System and
then get even more strategies with Resale Rights Machine.
Yes, I know this question is about my products, but this is a good question. This subscriber is wanting to know where to start. He didn’t just buy both of them. This is what it’s about guys… Buying only what you need to make money…
I gotta go now, I’m sure the Internet marketing police will put me under the jail for saying that.
